Capricia Turner served 22 years in the Armed Forces. She graduated from Indiana State in 2005 and received her M.B.A. from Oakland City University in 2013. After graduation, she began assisting veterans with their own employment needs. It was during this time she decided to become a franchisee herself. Over the past eleven years, she has owned and operated a successful franchise in the Indianapolis market. While growing her business, her passion for franchising and consulting with others grew into becoming an IFPG Certified Franchise Consultant herself. It is her passion to help individuals determine if franchising is the right path for them.
